8 Jalapeños, 2 Habaneros, 1 Plobano, 2 Red bell Peppers and 1 Bottle of Founders Imperial Stout. Roast peppers. Peel skin off peppers. Process all ingredients in a food processor. Next off to a food dehydrator. Last coffee grinder on espresso setting.

That seems to be too much spice for just one bottle of beer...

I believe he is using the beer to make the chilli spice....not just adding it to the beer to drink

Forget a nominal service charge, that chili powder would get me to nirvana tonight.

That is a really neat idea. You just use it for general spicy additions to food or for something specific? Does the beer flavor come through very much?

Good god this sounds awesome. Seeing as though I use FBS for my chili anyways, I'm gonna substitute that and try it out. Great idea!!!

it came out great and you can use it in whatever you want. The beer cut the chili heat a little but nut much. It is almost like a spicey, malty, chili powder.

that sounds good man, but I don´t have a dehydrator to try it. Cheers!
