Chimay white 2014 edition just came out so I cracked open a 2013 to compare......

2014- A- Opens with a nice pop and pours A TON of head. Nice golden yellow. Head stays for 5mins
2013- A- Opens with a nice pop and pours a moderate head. Same color.

2014- S- Opens well with floral and yeasty notes. Bready
2013- S- Opens well but very subdued. More caramel and malt sweetness

2014- T- A bit tart and sweet. Slightly malty but a has a nice yeast base. Just a hint of sour
2013- T- Same as above. Not much change at all. A touch mellower and a bit less of an edge

2014- M- Pretty carbonated. Bites the tongue and dry
2013- M- Mellowed out carbonation. Still there but much less bite.

2014- O- Nice beer. Fresh is nice. Good separation of flavors
2013- O- Pretty good. Similar to the fresh in the flavor department but not the rest of the aspects of the beer

Overall I would say that the beer is almost the same flavor except the other attributes seem to have mellowed/matured to the point where I think the beer needs to undergo a flavor change to be a well aging beer. Will see in 2015 when that version comes out. Have prepared to have verticals for 10yrs to see how things go

    Will update next year!
