Chocolate Peppermint Stout Recipe?

    Over the holidays some of my buddies are going to be back in town and we were discussing brewing a beer. Being Christmas season and all we were talking about doing a Chocolate Peppermint Stout. Anybody have any good recipes? (Also would love some good tips/warnings!)
