    Late hop lightly with the simcoe and here is your chance to use 1968. It pairs great with MO. The simcoe will def be a curveball.

    Very well, 1968 it is. :grinning:

    Whatever is left after tomorrow's brew will be what goes in this, probably around 3-3.5 oz. Most of it late.
