So you like to glug, so you like to chug, your speed is so insane. Your're a beer bong thug loves to hurry the drug into your thirsty brain. So you think you're cool, and that I'm a tool, you mock me as you race. You think I'm just a nerd, and I am so absurd You'll put me in my place. But, son, it's just a fact that your frat boy act don't look good on a man, so I laugh out loud with the rest of the crowd. Signed, your biggest fan.

The sad thing is that some folks have made lucrative careers and retired in their 20's making videos and playing video games.

We have around 2000 "craft" breweries in the UK and practically all produce a session beer, many make more than one.
It was breweries like these which began the "craft revolution" so chugging craft beer has impeccable origins.

Chugging session beers seems anti-climatic. Videos I've seen or heard of are typically un-sessionable to make it more bodacious.

Oh my, look at all the elite class sophisticates unable to understand why the low class swine pigs are chugging beer. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Don't like to chug? Drink it slow. Don't like either? Do a handstand and chug it up your a$$.

I suspect that a greater percentage of craft drinkers than macro drinkers went to college. College kids probably still gravitate to cheap/free macro beer while in school, but later can afford craft more easily.

I have no problem with chugging beer as a broad “thing”. I’ve done it myself with cheap and/or available beer (mostly as a teenager or in early 20’s, but there have been a handful of more recent occurrences).

My only issue is when it gets into the vein of the drain pouring phenomenon - doing it with rare/expensive/highly sought after beer purely because you can. Yes I know that someone can do what they want with what they purchase - but still it’s wasteful and obnoxious. Not that I’d ever bother calling people out about it. But since it’s a thread topic....here you go.

Absolutely right. People are allowed to do whatever they want with their beer. That goes without saying. We're also around to call them idiots for what they do with it.

I don't get it either! Enjoy and savor the taste of a craft beer. Save the chugging for the light beers!

Haha. Even better, I have a bomber of new hollands anniversary ale. (20%abv) I almost puked just thinking about chugging it and I haven't even tried it yet. I try not to hate, but I don't know how the human body can even allow itself to chug some of the beers out there. Kudos to those with cast iron stomachs and bank vault wallets.

If you take too big of a drink of Oro in the glass you're going to feel it in the pit of your stomach. I couldn't even imagine chugging it.

I discovered craft beer my junior year in college and 4 years later, still not affording it any easier!
