Don't mean to thread jack, but is Uber readily available in Tampa/St. Pete? Coming down in a few weeks and would like to take Uber as much as possible.

For most of the locations you probably want to go, uber will get you there no problem.
The only place that might be little more difficult to get an uber driver to take you is the brew hub lakeland.

The Brew Pub isn't anywhere close to the airport. I live in South Tampa about 15 minutes from the airport and getting to the Brew Pub takes 30 minutes with no traffic and 45 minutes to an hour with traffic. CCB itself is close to the airport though.

If you happen to be north of say Linebaugh then yeah head over there but it's not worth a trip itself.

What are the hours of the CCB tasting room? Can't seem to find them. Coming out for a convention in 2 weeks. Staying at Hilton downtown with no car. Glad to see uber is available.

Going to be there a Sun-Wed

Id go simply because the whole foods across the way seems to have a lot of beers and isn't picked clean quickly. Got a ton of Zhukovs there a month after the release.

The Dogfish brewpub in Rehobeth? I find that place awesome as they have anything and everything on tap, including may brewpub only offerings. Not to mention the cellared WWS and such.

This. Three Palms is absolutely killing it right now, they're moving up in my ranks and is one of the most underrated breweries in TB. Just left there and was impressed with their Guess Again Imperial FL Weiss w/guava and ghost peppers (surprisingly great), the Coconut Cream Pie Pale Ale (WOW), Barrel aged sour (so damn good), and bourbon IPA (so smooth and delicious). If you haven't been there in a while its more than worth a trip to try some of what they have on tap right now.

The beer was awesome but the food was apple bees worthy.

Any good bottles at CCB right now? I have a buddy visiting tomorrow.

Does Green Bench have bottles at the brewery for sale?

@lionelhutz23 is correct: There's Jolly Ollie. There may also be some Azimuth left.
Green Bench's cooler is usually pretty full. Last time I was there (weekend of 18 April), they had Manaphin, Famous Flying Zacchinis and some of the Sour Farmhouse blends (is what I remember). If your buddy goes to Green Bench, may as well send him/her down Central Ave to Cycle to get crowlers there.

He's already planning on Cycle. I want to persuade him to go by Green Bench too!

Green Bench is exactly six blocks to the west of Cycle so it'd be silly not to go. Tell him to find a parking spot along the 1100 block of Central Ave. On the south side of the street is a tiny walk-up joint called Bodega. Order a pollo asado sandwich and a cafecito to go. Walk the food across the street to Green Bench and enjoy. Cheers!

P.S. -- I'm calling this thread officially jacked.
