Cigar City Homefront IPA

    I've got a friend vacationing in Bradenton, FL this week and am looking for a spot for her to hopefully find a bottle or two of the recently released Homefront IPA. I was able to try a bottle of last year's batch and loved it, and hope that there might still be some around.

    Any help on locations nearby would be greatly appreciated. I don't think it would be too hard for her to go to Sarasota as well to find some if there is any around.

    None at Total Wine Sarasota, maybe Whole Foods, or ABC.

    I would call the Whole Foods on Dale Mabry in Tampa if she's willing to go that far, they had two cases a week or so ago. Good luck!

    Mr. Beerys bar in the gulf gate area of Sarasota still has some bottles of Homefront (as of Saturday) for about 13$/750ml.

    Do they do carry out sales? Sorry to ask, but I'm not sure about Florida's liquor laws.

    Yup. Buy a couple to take home. And drink your beer out front while having a smoke if you want. Gotta love FLA.

    She managed to snag 6 bottles at Mr. Beery's. She was very impressed with their selection they had there too. Sounds like a place to visit next time I'm in the area.

    Total Wine in Tampa has some canned yesterday (6/17/13) on the end caps by the registers.
