What is the closest decent beer store close to West Chester? I have a car, just time restricted.

Other suggestions for Cincinnati are appreciated for later this week (restaurants, bars, breweries, stores)

Perfect, thank you. I went there last year (stayed in a different part of town) and didn't realize it was so close.

On 2 occasions years ago I spent 6 months at a time working in northern Cincy and stayed at a hotel in West Chester.

Jungle Jim's is good, though I regularly made the trek to Hyde Park (neighborhood northeast of downtown Cincy) to hit Hyde Park Wine and Spirits and the walk-up window at Dutch's and found hitting those spots generally more worthwhile than Jungle Jim's. It was about a 20 min car ride to get over there (not in rush hour, though).

Depending on where you are in West Chester, I still think it will take ~15 min to get to Jungle Jim's so not much of a difference.

Craft Pointe and Discount Drug Mart are also close by. You can check out their selections on BeerMenus.com

Jungle Jim's your best bet, but those two stores might have a couple hidden gems.

If he's going to drive, Cappy's in Loveland is the place to go over Hyde Park (which is solid, but lots of stale stuff on the shelves and not quite as good of a selection). Also, with the All Star game this weekend, traffic and parking can be a mess in that area - especially for Dutch's.

Cappy's is bar none the best bottle shop in the Cincy area.

This just came to mind, depending on how much free time you have and if you are going to hit Jungle Jim's, within the same vicinity and right off 275 is Pappa Deaux, if you're looking for a great meal. It's a chain but my god is the food delicious. I assume it's still open, I haven't been that way in ~4 years but the place was always full when I went.
