Cincinnati, OH- Thanksgiving Week

    Driving up to visit the 'rents Thanksgiving week. Any Cincy natives interested in organizing a tasting?

    You could come a couple hours east to Weasel Boy for Harvest Week :wink:

    We will be releasing the Bourbon Barrel Anastasia, Snow Ermine Holiday Ale, and Bourbon Barrel Rauch Wiesel Smoked Porter that week, and possibly more. Everything isn't 100% yet, but those 3 will be that week for sure.

    Weasel Boy is draft only, not sure about whether the BB Ana or BB Smoked will be in growlers yet. I know the Snow Ermine will be available in growlers, as it is every year. Snow Ermine is based off our Blackfooted Porter, which is a porter with a substantial amount of wheat in it to lighten the body a bit. Jay adds Ohio honey, vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs to it to make it the Snow Ermine.

    I want to say a new growler of seasonal is 18 or 20. Can't remember. I know that the BB Ana and BB Smoked will be 5 bucks for a 10oz pour at the pub, as all of our BA beers end up at that price.

    The schedule for what beer will be released on what day should be finalized this week or next, and I will post it once it's done.

    This would kill it for me. Long ride after drinking high gravity taps is a recipe for disaster. I like bottles at releases, so I can take them home, with not as tight of a time window for consumption

    Not sure if I can commit to a tasting with my family and such in town but when was the last time you were in town? There are several new breweries around town in the last 2 years.
    Nothing against Weasel Boy but they are closer!

    Eightball Brewing's tasting room at Party Source will be open by then. I might be available for a tasting. What part of SC are you coming from?
