An Americanized ESB for me, but probably not until Tuesday, thanks to the weather. I really hate brewing in 20-25 MPH winds.

I am brewing a Saison with 93% Begian 2 row, 3.5 % Caramel 20 and 3.5% Caramel 40. Hopped to 30 IBUs with Citra and Amarillo. I am going to pitch at 68 degree on a yeast cake of Wyeast Belgian Saison and Brett B. Letting fermentation get up around 80 degrees for 4 weeks. Keg and Carb. I am not trying to get a ton of Brett coming through, just want to brew a Saison on the cheap... $16.

    Thoughts?

Hey I'm not the only one who bowls that way!

Nothing planned. Bottled 2 today. Got to work tomorrow. Brewing early next week though when me and my buddy got a day off.

A lot done this morning already. Sanitzed everything, kegs, carboys ect. Racked my Goose Island Sofie clone to sencondary on oak chips soaked in white wine and bitter orange peel (see you in 6 months). Cold crashed my Two Hearted Ale Clone, going to rack it to a keg today. Currently mashing a Citra/Amarillo Saision (148 degrees) that is going to be racked on the cake of Brett B and Belgian Saison (see you in 6 weeks, I hope).

    Happy Brewing All

I've changed my mind three times, but I'm committed now because I've already began the yeast starter. WLP American Ale going in a blonde ale. I had to try some liquid yeast, it's my first attempt with the liquid stuff!

no brewing for me but threw together a melomel and a couple ciders this morning. And just to stay on the beer topic I'll probably bottle a couple recent batches of English and Belgian pale ales.

    cheers--

No brewing this weekend....just finished transferring 5 gallons of a light american wheat to secondary with another 5 gallons racked onto 3 lbs of blueberry puree. Now just about to sample an imperial amber I kegged last weekend. Ahhhhh...life is good.
