Cinnamon Roll'd Wake n Bake.. higher ABV?

    Any ideas as to why the ABV is slightly higher than regular WnB? 8.1% vs. 9.4%

    I'd think it was sugar from the additional ingredients that are converted to alcohol by the yeast during fermentation.

    That was my first thought but I'd heard that cinnamon wasn't a very easily fermented sugar
