Can't right now, but I will say it will be a great year for beer drinkers in Kentucky.

Talked w/Jeremy from Shmalzt on Friday. Seemed like a really cool guy and I'm excited their beer is here. R.I.P.A. on Rye is a fantastic brew and their Hop Mana is damn good as well (not to mention the specialty stuff).

Jeremy is a really good guy. I'm waiting to try more of their lineup now that they are in their own brewery to see how things shake out on this system. Their Black IPA Death of a Contract Brewer was very well done, and I believe the first commercial release from the new brewery.

None of the Cisco beers selling in NW have impressed me, or even close. Hopefully you get better stuff.

I just wish Victory would hurry up and get here. So far the new brews that have arrived have been hit and miss for me.

Will make my co-worker happy. Someone got him the BOTM club membership and Grey Lady came last month. He loved the stuff.

Screw this. I'll say it (and hope I get it right). My beer guy said that Lagunitas and Fat Head's are both coming to Kentucky this year. He also said that New Belgium reps are snooping around the state and visited his shop just last week. This is all in addition to us FINALLY getting beers from St. Bernardus (Belgium) two weeks ago and beers from Deschutes shortly before that.

Yes, it really is looking like 2014 will be a terrific beer year here in The Bluegrass State. In fact, it almost makes up for getting short-changed on BCBS and KBS in 2013.
