One of my favorite local breweries here in St Louis just got featured in a YouTube series. They go behind the scenes, talk to the owner (Jake, great guy) and the brewmaster (Dylan, LOVES to talk about beer). The video is a cool look at a smaller brewery's process. The uncut version features Dylan talking about their entire process (literally start to finish in detail, it's 40 minutes long) and how they make 3 of their popular beers.
