For most Saturday releases you can show up at 1130a (they open at 12p) and get a full allotment of cans...the line is only for cans and not really for the tap room..

Saw Civil selling some red wine barrels the other day on their Instagram story, anyone have an idea as to what was in them? Going to be back in FL this week, hoping for a solid release on Saturday.

 

Any reviews on Southern Exposure or Juice that were released on 7/7? I was going to be swinging by on Thursday and was hoping they had some of those leftover from this weekend....TIA

 

I'm in the area this weekend. Any chance I'll be able to snag some cans? I haven't seen them post on IG about any releases this weekend, so I may be SOL.

Didn’t see them post about a release this Saturday but wondering if they release cans every Saturday, my brother is in town escaping Florence

 

not every Saturday. They may still have cans of their last release. Normally they announce whats coming out a few days before the weekend.

 

Looks like the guest list for the anniversary was just posted on IG, and it looks pretty loaded to me. Did this sell out last year? Will buying a last minute ticket be an option?

 

Tickets hung around for a while, but I think it did eventually sellout. I had a great time last year.

 

I found this thread after enjoying a beer from Civil Society on tap in London a couple weeks ago. Surprised to learn they don't really have distribution around Florida. I had a DDH Fresh at an outdoor beer stand along the River Thames, great beer. Guess I'll have to visit Jupiter sometime if I want to have another (or maybe London).

 

I hope the contents of Bulkshake are better than it's label (and that label kicks ass)...

 

With their 3 year anniversary coming up there doesnt seem to be much going on in here compared to other brewery threads. Haven't had anything from CS since there first or second canning of pulp/fresh, how are they holding up?

Same. Only bummer is 3 Sons only has the IPA collaboration with Civil listed. I hope there is a surprise. And I haven’t seen j. Wakefield’s beers listed yet.

 

Event turned out pretty great.

 

Agree, it was ran pretty flawlessly.

 

This was one of the better run fest I have attended. Plenty of room, the food was very good.
The can pick up could have been a tad quicker, I have no clue why they kept having to grab every allotment from the back cooler instead of bringing a pallet up to the table.

Still have the issue of MANY of the breweries running out of beer within 2hrs of the fest being open.

Had a lot of great beer and hung out with the guys from Equilibrium for quite awhile. They did it right, bringing cans and bottles as well as an extra keg. Those guys are first class.
