guess I jumped the gun by buying an extra ticket, worst case I drag my wife, Hope the taplist is awesome Im just looking forward to having so beer from up north

 

My uncle in Vero Beach broke his leg so we are seeing him the same weekend...might drive down to this...haven't been to the brewery and have had none of their beer. 2 questions. I'll have very limited time:

1. What beers from Civil Society are can't miss/limited to this event I won't be able to get if I come back in December?

2. What beers/breweries are can't miss in general? I'll probably only get super small pours since I'll have to drive back and can only stay for an hour or so.

Playalinda is a great brewery if you are driving down. Located in Titusville.

1) All the prince Gary variants are great and most likely all will not be on in dec.
2) That tap list is sick. Soo many good breweries. $50 will be worth it for sure.
3) You can hit craft beer city in Jupiter on your way out to get good stuff to bring back to GA. Growlers, bottles, cans

 

You can get a crowler of each to go, so grab a flight while there and a bunch to go. Cant go wrong with anything they have on tap.

 

Are crowlers actually going to be offered for special tap items? Seems like it could present the potential for a huge backlog if so.

 

Oh.. if its for the anniversary party I doubt any will be available. I didn't realize he was coming that weekend, my mistake. My comment only applies during normal ops.

 

The collaboration with JWB is available tomorrow at JWB, not sure if Civil will be selling too

First cans for CS anniversary are exciting:

For the first part of the can release for our 1 year anniversary we have Fresh To Death and Seventh Wonder. Fresh To Death 6.2% is our flagship IPA Fresh double dry hopped with Vic Secret, Citra and Mosaic. Seventh Wonder 8.5% (fka Subject Seven) is a DIPA with Nelson, Galaxy and Motueka. Limits will be announced next week.

 

2nd part is even more exciting!

For the second part of the can release for our 1 year anniversary we have our 1st Anniversary DIPA and Extra Pulp. 1st Anniversary 8.5% is a DIPA brewed with egregious amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Summer, Mosaic and Topaz. Extra Pulp 8.5 % is an amped up version of our American Wheat Ale Pulp brewed exclusively with Mosaic Hops.

cant make it down back to Florida til Wednesday after the party . I'm well aware that this is the first time this anniversary party has happened so i guess, based on past can releases (again, noting that this will be slightly different) do taps of the more popular beers remain available a few days after the canning runs? really hoping to try these anniversary IPAs and prince gary loves the coco.
