Civil Society - Fall - 2017

I would love to see Civil offer a taster option every Saturday during these new releases. Like three 4oz pours for $8. I guarantee it would increase sales if they provided a simple way to try everything that gets released. Usually I just have time to sample one of the dipa's and run.

 

They have always offered 4oz pours, usually $2-3 each, of all their beers since they opened. Anyone can go up to the bar, try all the new beers and then get in line to buy the cans of the ones they like.

 

Good call.

I'd still like to see them do a 'sample all the new beers' special. Like a flight, at a discounted price, on release day.

Big fan of Coolinary cafe, and of IPA, and of waffles, but the waffle IPA has me confused. Sounds terrible but still intrigued. Doubt I drive up for it but I want a single!

 

Anyone have digital camo? How does it compare to Camo?

Was very sceptical when i first read the description, but they nailed it. Liquid breakfast. Good work Civil

 

This Saturday at 12pm we’ll have four cans available. First is a beer we originally brewed with our homies @rarbrew at their place back in April called Pulp Friction. We both have beers named Pulp and instead of having a legal battle we decided to brew a beer with influences of both. Our version is an (8%) DIPA, we are extremely happy with how this came out. Second is Grandma’s Lemonade with Blueberries and Blackberries (4%) Berliner Weiss. Third we have Fresh Nuggets (6.2%) IPA w/ Nugget and Citra. Last we have another batch of DDH Juice (8%) DIPA with heaps of Amarillo, Mosaic and Columbus. Limits and pricing will be posted later in the week.

 

Any East coasters down for a trade? I’m hitting up Calusa on Saturday for their Citronious release. Looking for this weekends Civil cans. Shoot me a PM if interested
