I have to say that after not having CC in over a year and having written them off as just okay, I'm now eating my words. Thanks to the extreme generosity of @MHorridge I was able to try some of their recent IPA/IIPA's and they were all extremely good. Also had Bella's Last Dance and wow, that beer was solid as well. Guess I'll have to be trading for more!

Orlando would be awesome but I figured that was too good to be true.

Question about CC beers. Am I the only one that gets a sour cream and onion note from their beers? Ive tasted this in DDH Fresh and in Subject 17. Is this normal or am I just an idiot?

This Saturday we’re dropping another 3 cans starting at 12pm. First is Fresh (6.2%) IPA w/ Columbus and Citra hops and a new Holiday Label. Second is DDH Fresh (6.2%) IPA with same hops as Fresh hit 2 times. Third is Return The Favor (8.2%) DIPA a collab w/ our buds @magnifybrewing hopped intensely w/ Grungeist, Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Lemondrop and Nelson Sauvin.

Heading down to Palm Beach later this week and definitely plan on stopping by CS at least once. Just a few questions that I do not see anything on their website or in this thread I was wondering about. Is it reasonable to assume some cans will be available on Saturday? And I assume Crowlers of most of their beers are available any time? Are their beers on tap at any restaurants/bars in Palm Beach? Thanks in advance.

Yes, some cans should be available on Saturday. Yes, most beers are crowlerable, and yes, Ive had Civil beers in the wild on tap at a few places around West Palm.

Orlando has a new player in the IPA game...Ellipsis Brewing by the airport off 528 is the real deal. Their NE IPA game (their words, its their main style) is super solid and their beer reminds me of Civil's early stuff. They just opened a couple of weeks ago and are having their official grand opening in January. Do not sleep on this place.

Pinks and Greens (IPA), FNG's (DIPA), and How Rude! (IPA) were all excellent.

I hope they’re expanding and keeping the Abacoa location as a taproom.

Was looking to head to Brewery tomorrow from Orlando. Has anyone been this week and can advise if any cans remain?
