fair point, but it's not on shelves. I thought it was a clear exageration since i was in hypotheticals world.

Super plain, elegant labels. Let the beer speak for itself.

Um...Brewery Ommegang is owned by Belgian brewer Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat and they specialize in Belgian ales. In fact, the only thing not Belgian about them is their location...Cooperstown, NY. I think their name is simply a reflection of who they are and what they do. It has nothing to do with being pretentious. FWIW, I'd certianly consider them one of the classiest breweries.

If crushing tall boys on a hot summer day while grilling burgers and hot dogs isnt classy, then I dont know what is. (Wife beater optional)

hill farmstead and red peak, because they could both expand a hundredfold or charge triple the price (or both) for their beer, but they don't. dedication to small-batch brewing and making sure each bottle is perfect is classy.

Shaun and Henry really should do a collaboration.

Coffee Ale is my favorite Boulevard Beer to date. Agree to disagree. (The Sixth Glass is a close second.)

I'll be trying their beer for the first time this evening. Equinoxe du Printemps, Solstice d'hiver, and Péché Mortel.

Gonna have to go with Maine Beer Company for the same reasons everyone else said. Also have to note, that they are very genuine and real there. You walk in at the new facility and as long as its not too busy they take the time to have a good conversation with you.
