Clearing Beer with gelation

    Beer is in primary, was going to add some gelation, chill and then rack to corny. Never tried this before. Is this the proper way?thx

    I would rack, chill, then add gelatin. As a minimum, chill before the gelatin.

    I've done it chilled and not chilled. Not chilled, the beer was nice and clear in about two weeks - about what I was led to expect. Chilled, the beer was invisible after two days.
