I'm stuck in Clemmons, Nc for the next couple of days, w/o transportation. I am staying near the interstate. Is there anything around here that has Foothills or other local brews on tap, that's w/n walking distance? I noticed a place called Mossy Eats and I saw some bottles in Lowes Foods, but didn't notice anything else.
a new place called River Ridge opened a couple weeks ago, try them. they should have a good NC and other beer selection on draft, 24 i think, all craft.
I'd second that recommendation. Ate lunch there yesterday. They had four Foothills taps including Jade IPA. They also had a few other NC handles (Big Boss, Aviator, Natty Greene's) as well as Bells, Founders, Oskar Blues, etc.. Food was pretty good, too.
Couldn't get a ride to River Ridge, so I had to walk over to Mossy. It was ok, I was able to get some Hopyum, so it wasn't a total waste.
