Head to Lizardville. There's one on the East Side in Bedford and one on the West Side in Lakewood. 600+ beers, all singles.

Other than that, there are some other really good stores but need to know what city or side of town you are on.

If you can stop in Lakewood, that's where the densest concentration of bottle shops are. Hit Rozi's and Lizardville definitely (check their hours, I believe Rozi's is only open til 7 and Lville opens at 4). Also Ross Beverage, Simone's and Caps n Corks are on the same street and worth stopping at if you have time. If something is available in the Cleveland area, you'll find it at least one of those stores.

Wine spot is where I went. Good selection, better costumer service! This was half a mile from my place so it was perfect!
