I have 6 bombers of Hoppin Frog Cleveland Crusher and was wondering how they age? I'm curious as to the other BORIS variants as well. They are my new favorite IRS!

They bottled Cleveland Crusher for the first time in October, so there's no real answer anyone can give on that one. In my experience, BA BORIS ages well for around 2 years before becoming noticeably oxidized, but some people like that taste. I personally think most HF beers are good to go and rarely get much "better", just a bit smoother if they're a bit hot like BA DORIS and the first batch of BA Naked Evil were.

In other words, your mileage will vary and aging (IMO) kills more beers than it improves.
