I'm working my way (slowly) through all the MLB Ballparks and next week I'll be checking off Cleveland, Detroit and Cincinnati and am hoping I could get some suggestions of local breweries to hit in each spot while I'm in town.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I would say Masthead and Noble Beast in Cleveland. Both are closed on Mondays

    For Detroit I recommend:
    • Eastern Market Brewing (Eastern Market/Downtown; newish, small selection but solid and in a cool part of town, close to Comerica Park)
    • Batch (Corktown; wide variety in a cool neighborhood, lots of other local bars nearby have free shuttles to Comerica like McShane's and Nemo's)
    • Brew Detroit (Corktown; contract brewer with a giant warehouse space with lots of games, chill atmosphere, they've started brewing more of their own beer and are making some nice NEIPA and berliner weiss, across the street from Batch)
    • Jolly Pumpkin (Cass Corridor; Detroit outpost of an OG sour brewery, huge array of sours and non-sours alike from their North Peak brand, good food)
    • Motor City Brewing (Cass Corridor; one of the original breweries in Detroit, nothing too special but a lot of solid beers, across the street from Jolly Pumpkin, good pizza)
    • The Founders Brewing tap room (Cass Corridor) is cool too, pretty big selection and some Detroit-only beers, it's right by a great beer bar/store called 8 Degrees Plato and a short drive from there to Eastern Market, Batch, and Jolly Pumpkin.
If you've got the 40 minutes to drive, though, you should go to Ann Arbor and go to HOMES, far and away the best brewery in the area for IPAs, great kettle sours, and really good Asian fusion food.

You should NOT go to Atwater Brewing, which despite being pretty big is pretty terrible. I've never had a good Atwater beer.

Some of my local favorites in Cincinnati...

    MadTree:
This one is in Oakley, about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Huge, awesome taproom with indoor and outdoor areas. Onsite restaurant with pizza, salads, etc.

    Taft's Ale House:
    This one is downtown.
Beautiful facility in a completely remodeled old church.
Food onsite, Tri tip steaks, salads, sandwiches, etc.

    Rhinegeist:
This one is downtown. Close to Taft's.
Huge facility in what was once the old Christian Moerlein bottling facility...way back in the old timey days. Awesome rooftop bar with city views.

    Urban Artifact:
This one is in Northside, about 10 minutes from the city.
Cool spot in a rehabbed old church.
These guys are known for their heavily fruited (with all real fruit) kettle sours.

I’ll second mad tree and urban artifact in Cincy as must goes. Rhinegieist as a second. Taft decent food, wasn’t overly impressed with the beers though

Agree with these suggestions. There's no reason to pay for parking next to Comerica Park. Just park at Nemo's for free, then ride their shuttle to the game (costs a few dollars for the shuttle). Nemo's is a cool old timey sports bar with solid bar food, but you can also walk the few blocks to Batch and Brew Detroit, then circle back to Nemo's or McShane's for the shuttle. The nice think about parking in Corktown is that it's close enough to take the quick shuttle ride, but far enough you don't have to deal with post-game traffic and you can jump right back on the highway. Plenty of other more upscale food options in Corktown too, should a burger not interest you. The VFW hall on Woodward Ave is another cheap parking option on game days - I know they sell parking spots on some days, but I guess I'm not sure if it's for every game, but that could be an option if you're interested in tailgating.

Listermann is one in Cincinnati that I forgot about earlier, making solid IPAs there

I’m staying right across the river from the ballpark this weekend. What’s the closest good bottle shop? I’m on foot/Uber.

I thought I might be able to tell based on who is playing @ home this weekend, but all 3 teams are at home.

If you are in Cincy, I would suggest The Party Source in Bellevue, KY: huge beer and liquor store with an onsite brewpub (Braxton Labs) and distillery (New Riff).

Thanks! Is there anything along the way if we decide to walk it? We’re staying literally right across the river from Great American.

Party Source and Braxton Labs was the perfect suggestion. We even found a $1 trolly to get us there. The server at Braxton was amazing and the beer was really great. Mission accomplished.
