Cloudberries & Beer in US?

    you said 1500ml for 2 gallons you did?

    just curious how the balance is?

    It wasn't overly fruited, but it played perfectly with the lactic and funk of my base sour. If I was to do another batch I'd probably go 2000ml just for science purposes.

    Ok cool, im thinking of doing either a cloudberry or blaeber next. Wasnt sure if it would turn too fruity using that much, sounds like you nailed it, thanks for the info... you know, for science

    Hmmm...I had some grow mold after sitting out overnight...not in a jar or covered, but still don't think I would trust just throwing them in a jar.

    Interesting as the cloudberries I bought said nothing was added to them. I guess throwing in sugar wouldn't harm anything in the end result anyways. Gonna PM you about next years harvest as I've been itching to do another batch.
