    Hello everybody.

I have brewed a California Common Beer and OG was 1.051 and I pitched WLP810 (San Francisco Lager) which fermented at 60F from a Yeast Starter.
I added WLP041 (Pacific Ale) from Yeast starter a few days into primary. FG was 1.07. I've used Irish miss at 10 min from the end of the boil.

    PH profile:
    Mash out: 5.59
    After Boil: 5.29
    After fermentation: 4.93

    ppm profile:
    Mash out: 1190
    After Boil: 876
    After fermentation: 807

Beer has been kegged for a week at 12 psi. I wasn't expecting the beer to be that hazy.

Why could have provoked this cloudiness?

    Thank You all

It is possible you will need to wait a little longer to let yeast settle down, then you will need to dispense some extra pints before getting a clear beer.
