Chuckanut's new brewery in Skagit County is nearing completion. So close in fact, that they've posted on FB looking for beer slingers. Here's the CnP if anyone knows someone who'd like to pour some brews: Alrighty! Looking for beer-tenders to pour our liquid sunshine at our new production facility/tap room in skagit! Must love beer and have reliable transportation! This is such an exciting time and can't wait to build a team! Please send your resume to [email protected] Please no drop off resumes. Only emailed resumes will be considered Cheers
I got curious, visited their Facebook page, and there I learned that they do bombers of their pilsner, sell their own pilsner AND kolsch glasses, and that they still make me thirsty despite hot having had their beers in a few years. beertunes or anyone else wise: Do you know if their new facility will allow them to bottle (or can) and/or distribute (more)?
They don't bottle in 22s, it's 16.whatever oz bottles. That bit of pedantry out of the way, I believe so. I think bottling more is a big part of why they they're building the new facility. They rotate different beers through their bottle selection, but Pils and Kolsch seem to be fairly regular. If you want a few bottles, shoot me a message.
According to their website, they're hoping to be open this month: http://www.chuckanutbreweryandkitchen.com/images/newsletter/aug16news.pdf
The taproom at the new place will be open before the brewery is ready. Tap room should be open in a few weeks.
