Liquid Brain, Tweak and Black Eye are tops in my book, at least from what's been mentioned so far...

Most (all?) are bottled/ canned except BA Fidy. Not sure about the ice cream clone

    My top would probably be
    BA fidy
    Tweak
    Big bad baptist
    Liquid brain
    Black eye

A lot of the dry dock series are sleepers and seem to be great value

    Diebolt Commodore
Mountain Sun Addiction Imperial Coffee Stout

Uncle Jacob's is probably my favorite of the bunch.

Is the Diebolt available at the tap room?

BA Ten Fidy is usually known as the top dog head-to-head, although there are so many variants. Some are amazing, while others are only very good.
In terms of packaged ones, Liquid Brain takes the cake. I haven't had this year's version, but the first version of AC Golden's Ctayt was as good as any BA stout in the country for about a year.
Tweak is still great, although I'm guilty of preferring the non-BA version. BA Addiction is similar, but with less heat.

Not sure if it's barrel aged, but you can buy bottles of Commodore in stores now.

The Commodore that is floating around in bottles is bourbon barrel aged. And very good.

Drinking Uncle Jacobs on tap right now at The Mayor in Fort Collins and it's fantastic! Not hot at all! My favorite barrel aged stout from Colorado though is Ten Fidy in Wild Turkey barrels. Best beer I have ever tried!

I'm usually partial to the Oak Aged Yeti as I just really like the barrels they use generally. Also love BA Avarice (and anything BA from River North).

Given that its now being brewed in Colorado, I definitely give the honor to Big Bad Baptist. I got to admit, though, that beer seems to be so hit and miss (and more often being a miss, IMO) in terms of how much barrel presence it offers. I love it though, regardless.

    Same here.

Probably because I like coffee more than I do bourbon.*

*I say this as someone whose favorite liquor is bourbon.

BA Ice Cream Clone was bottled as the Colorado Barrel Collective #2. Grapevine still had a few bottles the last time I was there and for $8 you seriously cannot go wrong.

Totally agreed on the Dry Dock Signature Series as well, the Double Coffee Porter especially was fantastic, like a thin BCBCS - barrel and coffee was perfectly balanced, just lacked a bit of body to really put it over the top.

My recollection is that Oak Aged Yeti is aged on oak chips and not in barrels. Regardless, I like it.

I am somewhat ashamed to admit that I have not tried Barrel Aged Yeti.

If anyone in the Denver area prefers their BA stouts with a lower ABV, I recommend a stop at Beryl's Beer Co on 31st and Blake. I dropped in on a whim today and the ~8.5% BA Firecatcher was very good.

Hasn't been released since 2011. That release had a handful of infected bottles, but I got really lucky and I'm about 7 for 8 infection free. Still sitting on a couple

I keep waiting for them to release again. I mean, its on the Great Divide website so its gotta be coming again, right...right?

Also, all this Yeti talk has got me hankering for some Yeti.

That last release was from way back when before they expanded the taproom, and the barrels were sitting in the brewery. I thought maybe they were just waiting for the new facility, but they did just release BA Hibernation again. Happy to open one of these last 2011 releases with you should you find yourself in the City Park area
