Converted an old fridge. Everything has worked perfectly until the last couple of pours. I still have half a keg left. My regulator is showing high PSI from the tank and low pressure in the keg. When I pull the release valve to bleed it and start over again, it just goes back up to 15-20 PSI. I cannot seem to keep it from going up to that PSI. I never adjusted the pressure once the setup was complete. I currently have the pressure set as low as it will go and it still goes up to 15. Thoughts?

What brand regulator? I would chalk it up to a cheap chinese regulator going bad.

Regulators go bad. Cheap ones go bad often. It is pretty common actually. Sometimes it's just the gauge but your problem sounds like the regulator itself is shot.
Cut your losses. A $45 TapRite will solve your problem. Get it from a reputable seller and they will accept returns. Avoid no name brands from unknown sellers.
    Cheers.

. . . and until you get a new reg, there is a work-around: Vent your headspace to zero, then attach the gas QD momentarily. You want to guess-to-mate your desired setting (11'ish psi). After several pours give it another quick squirt. This is a short term fix only. Don't expect this to be accurate but it will keep the beer flowing and hopefully not unbalance the carb level too badly.
