COAST's first Saison

    Just saw that COAST is releasing their first venture into Saison's. They are pulling it from cask at the brewery, as well as selling bottles.

    How is it? Gonna stop by and grab a bottle either today or this weekend. Saisons arent my favorite style (unless they are particularly tart like some Fantome's, in which case I dig them), but COAST never makes a below average beer so Im gonna give it a try.

    It is an excellent saison. The Brett really works well in this beer.

    I enjoyed it a lot. I thought it was well balanced, not overly tart/musty.

    Yeah, they mentioned he had a big part in it. I think it's great how the local breweries work together like this. Only makes them better in my opinion.
