    That's where thinking aloud gets me in trouble :astonished: but yea, lots of variables to this. If it's thought through well enough it could turn out to be a great beer, but also easily overdone.

    I also intend to make a Dark and Stormy ale someday. Homebrewed Ginger beer mixed with dark rum on tap. I will talk like a pirate whilst drinking!
