I brewed using a recipe that calls for the beer to be aged with cocoa nibs once it is out of the fermentor. However, I am having trouble locating them at any of the local grocery stores. My next step is to check an organic grocery store in the area. If I am unable to find them is there anything I can use as a substitute?

Lindt Excellence 99% Cocoa bars may be a possible substitute...probably pricey.

I usually get mine online at Norther Brewer and soak them in vodka for atleast a week (longer the better) then dump the whole mixture into the secondary. Always turns out great!
