Coconut adjunct question

    That is a good question. I can absolutely be wrong about the definition as I see it, but I would rather not argue semantics.

    Strictly speaking an adjunct is a source of fermentable sugars which requires the enzymes from malt to extract.
    There are plenty of other words which can be used to describe simple additions to the recipe.
