New Belgium just came out with a Coffee Chocolate Imperial Stout. The stuff tastes like iced coffee in beer form; strong but super coffee-y and easy to drink lots of. Also if you guys get any Evil Twin, Imperial Biscotti Break is the jam- Charleston Coffee Roasters Coffee, almonds, chocolate, delicious.

Troegs Java Head Stout. especially if you're looking for something not too heavy. a very drinkable stout with some good coffee flavor.
I also like Flying Dog Kujo but tastes much better with a year on it.

Tons of love for Peche here. Its good, but its not the gold standard of the style in my book. In fact, I side by sided FBS, Wake and Bake, and Peche Mortel not too long ago (theres a thread with my tasting notes somewhere), and Peche Mortel was by far my LEAST favorite of the 3. BCBCS and KBS are my 1 and 2, but both arent exactly easy to get. You should probably be able to find FBS on the shelves still if you are in the Founders Distro area. And Wake and Bake may hit the shevles before thanksgiving, although its getting to crunch time i guess. Id recommend both over Peche personally.

Was thinking this. Santa Fe Imperial Java Stout is pretty solid, too. Not super bitter, but good. Maybe Espresso Yeti.

Has anyone aged Santa Fe Java Stout? That and Brooklyn Chocolate Stout are my favorite go-to coffee tasting stouts. I need to pick up a few 6pks of each before the rest of the beer junkies get them.

not sure if it has been mentioned, but while not a stout, coffee bender and pecan pie are delicious together.

California, eh? I'd love to trade some Russian River (Pliny or Blind Pig) for BCBS. Just purchased a big haul of BCBS in Chicago. I'm hoping to buy a bunch of BCBCS (releases on Friday 11/23) that I'd also be willing to trade.

Fantastic combination - I also like this (Furthermore Oscura) with coconut cream pie.
