Cold brew coffee addition

    Cool. I think @OldSock's website is a fantastic resource for homebrewers, as is his book (for those of us who want to brew sours). But he does have a refined palate. If you really want to emphasize the coffee character, I wouldn't hesitate to dial it up relative to his recipe. He's all about balance. You might be all about coffee. If so, I'd ramp it up a bit.

    I tried the imperial mocha milk stout last night and it is rediculously good. I used 8 oz of fresh locally roasted Balinese beans for 24 hours and it's exactly what I was going for. I wanted a decent amount of caffeine in it and the coffee presence is outrageous.
