I've been reading about using gelatin to clarify beer.
Supposedly you want to cold crash for 24-48 hours with gelatin added before bottling correct?
I was thinking of putting the fermenter bucket outside in the shed after I add the gelatin today then bottle Sunday.
I dont have any extra frig space or and extra cold source to do this inside.
The temp is going to be 5 tonight and in the low 30's tomorrow into Sunday.

Are these temps too cold for this?

5F will freeze your beer, depending on how long it sits at that temp.

    I wouldn't do any colder than 30

You can put the fermentor inside and use a cold water bath with an occasional dose of ice.

Sounds good. Havent used gelatin yet and figured I'd try it. Read were colder the better but not freezing cold. Figured I'd get a little help from Mother Nature.
Maybe I'll wait until Saturday where the temp is suppose to warm up to the 30's and into the 40's Sunday before dropping again.
I'll have to get Irish moss or something similar and add it to the boil next time.

I don't think there is a "too cold". You ferment between 60-70 normally. A day or two at 0-30 will do the trick. Five gallons drops slowly

So I actually managed to partially freeze a cold crashing Saison overnight last night. Couldn't figure out why the liquid stopped flowing this morning until I discovered an ice chunk. Managed to transfer 4.75 gallons to the keg and call it good. Ice-on DuPont?

I turned my fridge all the way down on an IIPA that I just kegged. I had frozen hops at the top. That was too cold. I now have an EisIIPA.
