Cold Steeping

    I do a cold steep and a short boil on its own, then put it boiling hot into a mason jar to cool overnight. I add it to the fermenter post KO and chill. Do this with a 10 gallon IPA recipe and turn one black while keeping the other orange. Different yeasts and dry hops make for 2 different hop monsters.
