    Hah, believe you me, after the Bay Area tastings I know my messes, and I thought it was a mess. I'm starting to wonder if I got a bad bottle. If it weren't $15 for a 12 ounce bottle I'd consider revisiting it.

    I ended up with three of these. Havent cracked one of them yet. Tempted to sit on them until next year when the date on the bottle comes into effect.

    What is the retail on these right now?

    So? Especially @ 12 bucks a bottle I can see why a person would take the brewery's word for it. Then again, I've never aged Pliny either. It says right there on the label not to.

    I thought this was a pretty interesting experiment. Best beer of the year? Ehhhhh. Most complex beer I've had this year? Definitely.
