I got an even better bit of news 6 minutes ago.

Two sours come out next Saturday. I prefer not to divulge any more info than that as it's entire batch is 96 bottles only (that's being released to public). It shouldn't be too hard to decipher if you've been following these one or two particular sours.

 

I know this that you speak of. Releasing the same day as Crooked Stave's.

 

After calling around it seems most of the shops I frequent are putting it on shelves tomorrow and I wasn't able to find one today, though I was on hold at Argonaut for so long I hung up.

 

Come to Boulder for the bottle, we've got them

Chambers Liquors in Aurora (not far from Dry Dock) had a few left today @ $10.99

 

Its at Mondo they got one case and its $12 a bottle

 

You think it's gonna be a shitstorm at the release, or just another normal day there? Not that it matters, 22 bucks is over my limit, especially after buying 4 Parabolas (and maybe getting 1-2 more, lol).

 

I dig the bottle dating, but after uj andparabola I'm tapped. Parker payless has it. No limit.

 

Just tried a bottle. Wow it needs some time. Like the drink after date says. Still supper complex and enjoyable but a little scattered.

 

damb i wish cali's distro was this good, lately its been extremely slow, especially in these parts (bay area)

 

That beers needs time. I don't know why Deschutes seems to be rushing things. Best After dating...? If it isn't ready or needs more time and as the brewer you know it... Why put it out? The beer is a mess and needs a lot of time. Over-hyped now... in a year or two... who knows.

 

Little late to the party, but I know most accounts in Fort Collins are already sold out. Liquor Max got a case in today if anyone is looking for it still.

 

Damn I was going to crack mine this weekend....but now I might wait a bit, respect the opinions of those who said it needs time. Of course, the store I went to had a case on the shelf, so maybe I'll give it a shot this weekend anyways and go get more.
