    I'm with ya on this. I'd like to give it time, but I also think it would be cool to try one now, then one later to see the difference. ....And I do have 2 bottles.....hmmm.....:rolling_eyes:

    Well, seems to be a few shops around that have plenty of supply...granted its 10$ per 12oz....still think I'll try it fresh first. Although....I've NEVER had any big Deschutes beers that didn't age well

    I liked it fresh, but am betting it will be incredible with age on it. I have 3 more aging for at least a year.
