Anybody going to this? I can't wait for the Red Ale Sour beer bottles being released, but haven't heard a thing from the community. To me, this is the most underrated brewery in Texas. If you live in the DFW area and haven't had their beers yet, you are missing out.

Had a couple of their beers, was pretty impressed. What are the details of the party?

Check their Facebook page for the info. I'll try to link it later, it's currently blocked at work :slight_frown:

And yes, one of the more underrated breweries in DFW and they've only gotten better. They've definitely helped other breweries in DFW realize there's a market for funky/sour beers.

Maybe 50 or so in line at opening. Most/all of the sours and special pours were at the front bar but the line was fairly quick. Props to Ryan & crew for continuing to produce exceptional beers. Rumor is the next bottle release is in January. Eventually people will catch wind and this won't be as low key as it was today. I'm there regardless.

I had a great time today, but man are they going to outgrow themselves super fast.. The beer they make is top notch and they know for sure how to make Wild Ales. I got my 3 bottles and 4 different tastings and left because of how crammed it became about an hour in. I hope they invest into a bigger complex soon, because their beers are too good to go unnoticed much longer and then there won't ever be a place to sit in that brewery.

And just a side note, that Lemon/ Raspberry Petite Sour Firkin was one of the most delicious beers I have ever had.

This. That beer was amazing. Like Raspberry Lemonade. Im a big fan of the Blueberry Petit as well.

I really like what Collective is doing. I enjoy most of their beers.
