Origins Burgundy Sour Release Party at the Crooked Stave Barrel Cellar tonight-5pm. 3 bottle limit. It is not looking like this will hit retail shelves so show up tonight if you want some.

The Bull and Bush has a rye whiskey barrel aged version of Pimp my Rye on tap right now that is frighteningly good. It's up there with Royal Oil and Liquid Brain. Not sure how long it'll last, but hopefully through the weekend.

Up in Fort Collins, Black Bottle right now seems to have a ton of Sandlot beers on tap.

-Sand Lot/Blue Moon Extra Sour Red (from Keith Villa's cellar)
    -Sand Lot/Blue Moon Crimson Crossing
-Sand Lot/Blue Moon Impulse Vintage Red
    -Sand Lot/Blue Moon Belgian White
-Sand Lot/Blue Moon Pine In The Neck
    -Sand Lot/Blue Moon Valencia Grove
    -Sand Lot/Blue Moon Ginger Bread
    -Sand Lot/Blue Moon Thin Mint

Anyone know if they are as good as they sound?

Not sure about those specifically, but the Sandlot makes some tasty stuff. Based on memory, they actually have the most GABF medals of any brewery in Colorado...and most of those don't leave the fest and/or Coors Field. Not everything they're doing is particularly amazing, but it's probably worth dropping in if you're close.

I'm not saying why, just mentioning that they have some good beers  McLaren makes a fine automobile, too!

Under the radar is the Ska mini tap takeover at Old Chicago in Boulder (11th & Pearl). Six Ska beers including Vernal Minthe stout - at least it was still on last night when I was there. Also, Hibernal Vinifera.

Just kinda curious...on a budget right now after my recent trip to Spring Training, so no bar money for me right now.
