Hi, PNW guy here, visiting in Durango.

My mother in law is a big fan of Grolsch, but can't get it very often. Is there a readily available Colorado pils that would be similar?

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Grolsch is a pretty typical Dutch/Euro pils, so it shouldn't be that tough to find a substitute. I think we get it, but I bet it's old...and potentially skunky thanks to the green bottles.
Ska Lager and Mexican Logger should be everywhere down there. Cans of it are brewed in Denver, but Steamworks Kolsch is local Durango another option that should be readily available.
From other parts of CO, some good options are Wibby Lightshine and Home Team, Left Hand 1265, Upslope German Pils, New Belgium Old Aggie, and Odell Lagerado.

EDIT: It's not from CO, but Sierra Nevada Summerfest should be everywhere and should also scratch that itch, too.
