Hey everyone, as some of you may know I recently posted a thread about my first all grain recipe asking for feedback. A saison with wy3724 and brett. Thanks for the advice btw. My new question is; have you, or is it even possible to do a combined starter? Let's say for example I made a starter of wy3724 with orval dregs in the same flask? Is this possible? In theory would I be cultivating both yeasts at the same time? Creating a weird Frankenstein of a yeast pitch? Or just f#cking up perfectly good yeast?
