I have few traditional recipes which I would think work for commercial production but I have no clue how much It would cost for 30bbl of pale ale. Does anyone has an idea or experience on this?

Beyond scaling up the recipe and calculating the cost of 50# sacks of base malt, hops by the #, and 30bbl commercial yeast pitches, I'm not sure what you are asking. I'm sure there are saving due to the economy of commercial scale of production, but this will get you in the ballpark, depending on if the brewery is using straight ground water or if they require an elaborate filtering and treatment system,

What scurvy said. The cost for you,. as an individual are much greater than the cost for an established brewery. They buy malt and hops by the ton at much lower prices than are available to you and me. They have the equipment already set up. If there is a brewery in your area, you could approach them and see if they would be interested in brewing your beer.

But keep in mind beer recipes are pretty much worthless as a commodity. Ten brewers can take the exact same recipe, with the same ingredients and they will end up with 10 similar but very different beers.
