Completed trades sitting as "pending" for half a year, etc.

    I did a trade back in late October/early November with a fellow who is no longer on BA. I've already left him feedback but he has not; every time I go into my trading page, I always see this incomplete trade sitting at the bottom of the page taunting me with "Your feedback has been left. Waiting for them to give you feedback."

    When I try to access his profile, I get an error "This user's profile is not available." I can't send him a beermail, and don't have his contact information anymore to tell him to complete the Trading mechanism by leaving me feedback. I am pretty sure he is no longer a member of this website.

    Can I please get this removed or even have that trade (dated 11/04/2013) canceled?
