We have no plans to bottle or can (including crowlers).

As far as IIPA showing up in Denver, this is what we are sending out. This does not mean the accounts will be putting it on tap that day.

    1/2bbl to Hops & Pie on 2/10
1/2bbl to Jake's Brew Bar (Littleton) on 2/11
1/2bbl to Asbury Provisions on 2/12
Falling Rock is getting at least a barrel, but may not put it on tap until ~February 20th.

Just in time for a Pliny the Younger side-by-side

I think Younger will feel a bit lighter than this here beer.

You're not kidding, this beer is a juicy hop bomb, people. If I didn't know anything about this brewery I'd swear it took years to dial in an IPA to this level. An amazing homerun beer.

Actually I'd equate Hop Chops v Superpower to PtY v PtE, in fact it was my initial reaction when I first tasted it. There's something about the extra 1.5-2% that makes it almost more balanced to the malt/hops and smooths out the mouthfeel ironically, but similar comparison can be made for sure.

this is really a nice beer. I had it side-by-side with a Superpower and i concur with Prospero about the paradox of the higher ABV somehow smoothing it out

    (Dangerously quaffable, for an IIPA)

Does anyone know if this is still available at Comrade? If so, I am going to make a trip down there tonight. ETA - (or tomorrow since they are apparently closed on Tuesdays).

I pretty much closed the place down last night and there's plenty left. @dauss made it seem like it'll be around for a minute.

Many, many things. Hopefully I'll be able to remedy at least this one either Wednesday or Thursday.

I don't wanna speak for @dauss but... it'll be there. Unless @Domingo drinks it all tonight.

Looking forward to it. Don't sleep on the Black IPA Putsch. It was quite good.

I exspected a slightly better version of super power with this "hop chops"
I was wrong, it's substantially better! And I already love superpower.

We brew full batches of everything we make, so at least 12 barrels.

Very good beer, but "juicy hop bomb" is a stretch. Tasted like a bigger Superpower. Very balanced. I've been drinking Abrasive all week, so maybe I've got palate fatigue. Had to laugh at $32 growlers, that's just plain ridiculous.
