Dec 2 is the release of Blue Mountain Barrel House, Concealed Darkness, here in Virginia.
Along with the "regular", there are 4 other variants. (Adonis, Sloe Berry, Cherry Sour Devil and Chocolate and Coffee Aged.)

Their Dark Hollow, barrel aged stout has become my "goto" beer recently. I can get at Costco, so ...
Looking forward to the release party / pig roast. Haven't been to one before. I'll update after Dec 2nd, if anyone is interested. Planning on trying out everything. Not sure what I'll buy, other than "basic" Concealed Darkness.

"Our once-a-year Reserve edition of this hallowed imperial stout has been aged in bourbon barrels from Willett Distillery for a full year, changing and mellowing with the roll of the seasons.

Enjoy the best of 2023: Dark Hollow brewed with double the roast barley, double the chocolate malt, and double the oats, and then concealed in the darkness at the back of the barrel room, waiting to emerge on December 2nd."

I’ve attended every release since year 1 and looking forward to this year’s 10th! I think it’s the most well run annual release event of just about any brewery I’ve been to especially since they started doing the online bottle pre-orders and having two sessions. Gets a lot of turnout but not overly crowded and really laid back. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM.
