Conduct Question - Business Owners, Brewers, etc.

I was just browsing the recent post on Code of Conduct and was wondering what special restrictions, if any, are applicable to breweries, brewers, business owners, etc. I had in mind various forms of self-promotion. I've noticed more of this in recent years, especially in somewhat subtle ways as quite a few do not use explicitly named accounts.

PS - related to this I was wondering if there could be a way to designate brewers or other business owners as such so the content of what they're saying had that context. It could be subtle such as their screenname having a different color font, or one of those colored bars under the name similar to the "verified" and others. Just a friendly suggestion/feature request.
