I have had this bottle in my cellar for a while now, and I was thinking about opening it, in the next week or so. Has anyone drank this recently? If so, how is it doing?

Had a batch 3 consecration 750 mL recently and it was absolutely vile. Drain pour. Not the same batch, but I don't think this beer ages gracefully.

Opened batches 1-3 the other night, batch 3 was still a bit bright, but 1 and 2 were pretty much dominated by oxidation. They weren't bad per se, but tasted basically like port.

Opened one on 11/16. Little oxidation but still fantastic.

I don't care for aged consecration, in my experience it becomes more aggressive tasting over time

Had batch 1 about a month ago and while it was good, we all agreed fresh is best.
