Just curious if anyone drank one recently. Looking for thoughts, thinking about opening one tonite.

Was that the last batch to come in 750ml bottles? If so, I drank one a couple months ago, and while it was still delicious I felt as though it was starting to fade. I'd drink it tonight if I were you.

For what its worth, I had a batch 1 last september and it blew me away... I think cellaring conditions and what not will be the biggest factor in how your bottle is at this point. I'd drink it though!

I've done a vert of batch 1-3 a half dozen times over the last 12 months. I've seen some tremendous variation (my bottles vs. Beachwood) on batch 1, it's generally lost a lot of sour and has a nice dark fruit overtone. Batch 2 and 3 are drinking stellar with both still having plenty of sour and of course the carbonation is still perfect.

It's amazing how well these have held up and unfortunately I only have a few bottles left.
